halo 3 hasn't sold 6 million plus just because of its name

really? so if u took halo 3 and kept it exactly the same but called it master chiefs wild and wacky adventure,it would sell just as well?

you can say that final fantasy sells because of its name
but you should ask why it's got that strong brand name

plus
halo 3 is 360 exclusive
many people like exclusive games

''Hadouken!''

6,51 million is 632% of 1.03 milliom

About 1.5-2.5 million best guess.

K i'm almost 90% sure the calculations are right now , lol....shoulda made sure I calculated it right beforehand.

Halo 3 Name , doesn't mean the name alone you gotta take into consideration other factors like MS spending millions on the promotion of the game ,the games exclusivity to the 360, any game would sell 1Million if you spent the right amount of money on promotion.

exactly halo is a very strong brand name...hence why halo wars will sell well

Everytime i look at this post, the numbers change lol

The Halo name is strong, you can't deny that, and the game is exclusive, so it has draw power.

Even if you take only a third of the lowest selling Halo, you get 2 million plus. I don't see this game selling less than 2 million.
