Wait....Bioshock got pushed.....*checks google*.....huh wow. This is probably for the best though. This game would have gotten swallowed up by the other big hitters.

I never understood why so many developers and publishers always announce their games for release around the fall / holiday season instead of spreading them out more in the first place.

I mean yeah it's an obvious release time for big games like the Call of Dutys, Halos, Assassin's Creeds, etc, but many other A-grade games always end up getting swept away in the flood of releases and then completely forgotten about after a few months.

Another point... this really makes things interesting for next year, because with so many big titles already being pushed back to 2013, it makes you wonder what games if any would be ready for a potential 720 or PS4 launch late in the year.
