Yeah true! But I mean like recently made. In the past 10 years what have they made aside from the Wii series and Brain Age? Those 4 series you listed are all over 10 years old.

Yeah true! But I mean like recently made. In the past 10 years what have they made aside from the Wii series and Brain Age? Those 4 series you listed are all over 10 years old.

Sir, you have no right to say that Mario kart does not deserve those sales, you have no argument against it other than your obvious bias.

None. Just because you or I don't like a popular series of games why does that mean they should die? Other people clearly enjoy the games otherwise they wouldn't be as popular as they are. And as others have said, if these popular series die that doesn't mean that the people who played them will magically start playing the games that you like.

Another bizarre "I want so and so to fail" I really don't understand it.
There may be some series that I do not like, or do not play....but would never want them to fail.
There can be no other reason except to say jealousy is the culprit here. Why else would it bother you?
Let people play what they want to play, and I will play what I want to play. Why do people even care?......strange.

Bingo. If people wanted those other games, they would play them. The OPs line of thinking really would only work for games that corner their own market (e.g. if Madden declined so that other football games could take their place, because there is relatively static demand for an NFL sim that definitely would take its business elsewhere)

Hell, the sales of Nintendo consoles says we need more (2D) super mario games, not less, because that keeps more people in gaming that otherwise would not be.
