This list....will not repeat itself for the Vita.

Rol was being conservative with this prediction...

NSMB2 will outsell the first TWENTY games shown off at E3 2012 for Vita combined. Lets get real.

Leatherhat on July 6th, 2012 3pm. Vita sales:"3 mil for COD 2 mil for AC. Maybe more. "  thehusbo on July 6th, 2012 5pm. Vita sales:"5 mil for COD 2.2 mil for AC."

As ridiculous as it seemed at first glance I actually took the time to think about your statement and have to say that you are 100% correct.

Things look bleak for the Vita, don't they?

a game.... completely unrelated to any of the Vita's core gaming experiences, from a franchise that has ALWAYS sold a tons of units, mostly to people who would probably never buy a Vita, means things look bleak for Vita....how the hell does that work? honest question

Way too easy bet, Its Mario! Come on Rol at least make it seem posible instead of top 10 Vita games shown at e3 make it top 10 PS3 games shown.

Well its always hard to predict lifetime sales. Will Super mario bros have bigger opening than the 10 PS Vita games than i would say yes. But lifetime sales i would say no. In five years of the market many things can happen and i predict than both the 3DS and PS Vita will be atleast five years on the market.

That bet is the equivalent of, 'I bet I'll breathe today'.

You're too hard on Rol. Sure, it looks like it would be a no-brainer. But nobody expected the PSP to become the Monster-Hunter-machine. Something else could happen to th Vita. And in that case these games could sell over a long time. Rol claimed LTD, so that includes a veeeery loooong time, before that can be decided.
