Recently their was a group protesting here in my city that Americans are stealing our jobs lol. Since I am also beginning to look where to move this is an interesting topic. I love my home city and province. But the jobs simply are not here and I have a very bleed future if I remain. The entertainment industry is moving east. My big concerns with Montréal specifically is the lack of Christians. Finding a church will be very difficult the Conservatives aren't exactly loved either. Then theirs my absolute lack of french. On the plus side the multicultural values of Montréal actually exceed Vancouver. I love what I have seen and heard. But scared because I have never been east lol |
I am a Christian from Montreal and I can tell you the faith is alive here. There is a big body of younger generation christians and their faith is more alive, more agile than most religions in other areas of the country.
Montreal is a very Student city, so you have all views from all over the world, and Christian being one such assertive view among many other colors of faith and belief we have there.
A great place to live as a Christian imho.
