Forums - Nintendo - Wii U games list - "leaked"

most of them games are releasing on ps360?

why go out and buy a wiiU?

Because you can sell your PS360 and choose a console with all big third party games and all Nintendo games :)

No one buy a Xbox360 or PS3 for the few first party games.

I came into this thread hoping to see something spectacular. My fault. I once again fell for yet another unsubstantiated rumor, pointless ambiguous 'leaked' Wii U news. We already know most of these, and some are practically a given. I will now post in The Depresession Thread.

Its a good list, im still waiting for a BIG 1rst party game to be announced............actually this is the best launch lineup ive ever seen.

The WiiU is looking to be the "NEXTCUBE" so far, people are going to buy the console because of Nintendo games, not for third party stuff.   Yeah I know than some of buyers will also buy 3rd party stuff.  Those who enjoy third party games already have a PS3, 360 or PC.

Just because the Wii sold a lot it does not mean, that the WiiU will sell a lot.   The Wii was aimed for the casual market (moms, elder people, etc) , while the WiiU is being aimed for the hardcore.   The whole userbase wont translate into the same numbers for the WiiU because of the demographics changes, making it, according to me, the "Gamecube 2".

GameCube status will depend entirely on what kinds of games Nintendo makes. A 2D Mario at launch alone would keep Wii U from being a GC2

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

I think 2D mario alone competes well against Call of Duty and Halo combined. I think its sufficient.

I'm not sure we can tell if it's fake or not.

The list is based off of what one Gamestop employee in the UK could find on their company inventory program. So this would only list what games were announced to Gamestop that would be coming to the Wii U. This doesn't even tell us if they are launch window games. These are just games that Gamestop has the potential to order for when they come out. If this is truly what is in the Gamestop system, all it tells us is these are games that have been shopped to Gamestop UK. This does not tell us which games were shopped to Gamestop in other countries.

We should know a lot more come E3.

Some leak... those are all confirmed or pretty much confirmed titles so far. No surprises, which I'm sure Nintendo will have more than a few for us at their press conference.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

if that's the launch lineup, I am underwhelmed...
There are games on that list I'd buy, but nothing important enough to get a whole console for.
Anybody who owns a ps360 would have even less of a reason to care about Wii U with that list...

edit: to clarify, I AM a Pikmin fan, but not to the point of spending $400 to play the next game in the series.

that list looks nothing like a wii u launch lineup imo

NINTENDO

i like these titles....
