For a title as large as vs13, do you seriously think that they'll announce it to be at e3 prior to the event? As a massive FF fan, I'm hoping and praying that it'll be the closing sequence to the sony event. I mean, seriously, what other game would have that honor? And, please don't say gow ascension.

All of this, of course, is just my opinion.

Skyrim 100%'d. Dark Souls 100%'d.

that's what I'm starting to suspect too. either a last hoorah game for the PS3 after the next gen is released (can't remember now if FFXII was released for PS2 after the PS3 was released?), or a multiplat for the next gen consoles. certainly nothing before Dec2013 in Japan and March/April 2014 rest of the world imo

edit: well, without the rename; I don't think they'll do that

seriously square enix must have 1 of these 3 issues either
they the best company in the world to work for and they all just sit around and talk/piss around all day.
there all snails when it comes to efficiency
or the most likely cause like most other companies there highly understaffed and management are to stingy to hire a load more people.
this is really starting to piss me off i really want this game lol.

I never thought I would agree with hatmoza. But here we are : SE is a damn joke :( After years of delivering the best to Japanese games fans, they screwed them and shifted their focus on Western gaming in a few months (not to mention the dismal FFXIII-2 DLC schedule). I find that outrageous, they have to go down!

People still care about SE?

SE are literally destroying their franchises and followers faith. After all this time with the ridiculous wait on this game it will turn out mediocre at best and the fans will be let down by SE.

I predict the death of SE by 2015.
