These predictions all suck... JL... gives us the real 08 predictions!

Wii didn't even get to 70 Million)

I think those 8 predictions are good, keep in mind I hate Wii. But I do agree the software coming out isn't much for the Wii other than those 3 games (Wii Fit, SSBB, Mario Kart). PS3 has the most exciting titles coming out in 2008 IMO with many such as GT5, GTA4, SOCOM, Killzone 2, etc (you've seen all the lists).

Duke Nukem, i don't care about and EA buying another company I don't care about.

What would be funny is if this guy's Wii prediction came true. We'll see if it does by December.

I'm talking about the yahoo guy's prediction.

Well, they sold roughly 19.5 million in 14 months. They started production at 1 million/month, then upped it to 1.5 many months later, then 1.8. They still haven't come close to meeting demand (we don't know what that demand is yet) and they have lots of stuff to fuel the demand--not just Wii Fit. Lots of people bought a GameCube ONLY to play Smash Bros, so I wouldn't put the 40 million in 1 year idea to bed just yet.



Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

^40 mil in one year could happen but only if nintendo increases supply to produce 40 mil wiis in one year

What's so wrong with these predictions.

He's spot on with Nintendo's line up. We don't know it.

It has three big games coming out next year and the rest we know nothing about.
