I was thinking about creating a sales prediction Thread for this game. But I decided not to because the game could flop, and then people might necro the thread for the entire site to humiliate all of Sony fans.

When i first heard about this game i will be honest and i cringed at the thought as i knew it was going to be an inferior clone of the SSB games (this is coming from a Sony fan) and unless the reviews of the game come out to be stellar i'm not sure if i will pick this up or not.

I would predict around 2 Million LTD for this game unless it turns out to be a lot more popular than i am expecting.

If they get the marketing right then it's possible. Say a campaign based around the concept of 'fight like a big boy'.

That kind of thing should be enough to push it ahead of the Nintendo franchise they're trying to compete with.
