I've read that it has an offline part at the beginning, then it becomes online.
Btw, I think this is relevant, FE had a 81.63 sell-through, and Code of Princess 72.62%. Not bad, not bad at all for both games.

Certainly! I mean, anything above 70% is very good, because it means it probably sold-out in a fair few places. CoP was obviously just stupidly under-shipped.
