It would be cool if Sony put them in this game, too.

I hope they look into its past success rather than just this gen for characters, some of the rumored ones are kind of...meh(fat princess and rico), also hoping for thirdparties characters, tough might defeat the purpose of "Playstation all Stars".

Well, I hope it's a Vita game.

If done well (read: get a lot PS unknown/forgotten characters and, most importantly, memories!) this could be great!
Is this being done by a western or japanese developer?

Sephiroth, Ocelot and Kinect should be there as arch-enemies.
