This is VGC UK for the end of September, if indeed Screen digest are refering to the end of the 3rd calender quarter, then the numbers I highlighted should be compared to those LTD numbers.
1,415,096 - 1,550,000
1,163,789 - 1,190,000
373,200 - 450,000
This means that back then Wii was pretty much spot on, 360 was undertracked a bit (about 8-9%) and PS3 was undertracked a bit more (about 15%)
however the PS3 number with a more definate time frame (life to date... probably means end of December) is much more inline with the screen digest number.
744,327 - 754,000
(if it means the end of last week)
763,595 - 754,000
I haven't checked your links BKK, but either VGC had undertracked PS3 up to September, but has now come back in line (VGC has 371k PS3s sold over Q4).... or the 450k number is either not from chart track (could be shipped) or else is from a later date.
Also when you said "Wii sold well over 360K during Q4 2007." I think you meant "Wii sold well over 260K MORE than xbox360 during Q4 2007."
