I know of those games (own a few), I do own a PS3, but with 360 I love the Halo series, Gears, L4D games, Crackdown, Fable series, Witcher 2 , Lost Odyssey, Tales of Vesperia, among others.

Thats another thing. They cant even make their own games besides the same genres for two gens now. This time Forza is taking PGR's place, Fables demise is coming and Halo will be always be what they depend on in the end. Their best third party franchises in my opinion aren't even theirs IP's in Mass Effect and Gears. L4D can be played on the PC, so can Fable and the Witcher and Alan Wake. The only true incentive to own an 360 for a PC owner would be Gears and Halo.

I know MS has been in a slump for exclusive games for a while (not counting kinect games), but I'm sure MS could make their own games... they just don't for whatever reason. They have a bunch of cool IPs after acquiring Rare, I would love to see a new conker or killer instict game... but it seems it may never happen. Even still I like whats available for the console, I'm a huge Halo fan and tend to keep playing the games consistently until the next is released. The 360 to me has a strong backlog of exclusive titles, that I still find myself returning to. My preference of PC/360 doesn't mean I'm turning a blind eye to PS3 games, the Yakuza series is among my favorite game series, but games like uncharted, infamous, and killzone couldn't hold my interest to playing them again once I finished them once (dont hate please, just opinion).
Also... the whole Forza taking PGRs place really sucks, PGR4 is still my all time favorite racing game
