I believe the Spotpass will remain there forever after it's been downloaded; like the Professor Layton puzzles.
Also, a "disappointing" 8.5 from GameSpot (who was who we tipped to really throw out a hipster low score) has dragged the Metascore down to 91.
Note that I've done a little bit more work on the OP, so now the DLC section is included. I'll continue to update this as more is released.

been checkin daily, amazon top 100 its #7 and it ranges no more than 12 for the past 3 days. Also to note that its technically second in games. Deadspace is #6 and the other 5 are accessories (xbox live card, psn, etc)

That's not bad, hopefully this translates into sales! Only 2 days to go...
My local Gamestop said they have 15 copies in their store, all in which have been taken by pre-orders.

I thought Gamestop weren't getting the game until Thursday or something?
Still, 15 is a fair few copies (for this type of game) and for all of them to be pre-ordered is very promising indeed!
