stupid terrible jokes, terrible cgi dinos, no consistency between shots and that stupid gyro ball is stupid and the kids in it are stupid. has one or two redeeming qualities and the original jurassic park score is one of them.

true detective season 2 so far decent but theres too many main characters and the story suffers from that. hannibal is still going slow as fuck but its just beautiful to watch pure eye candy.

Such a great movie. Had that old pixar magic. Probably the best this year despite the fact that i haven't seen many this year. 

Saw Terminator Genysys the other night. Don't really know if I liked it or not. I may have to watch it again. Anybody else feel the same about it?

True Detective has been really bad this year. I was not expecting it to match season 1 but not what we got either. Too many chracters, convoluted plot for the sake of it. Characters that talk like they are from another planet.

OT: Watching Farscape and X-Files. Season 1 for both. X-Files freaked me out as a kid, feels good to watch it now. Farscape is jolly good fun too. 

What's up with the thread title? Alone is great, I wonder how long those 4 remaining guys are going to last.
Naked and afraid XL proves that groups of 3 don't work, funny anyway.

I want to pick up Farscape again, but my kids have destroyed my Netflix queue with all their stuff. No I don't want to continue watching george of the jungle or any of the other hundred half watched kid shows.

Dark matter is still entertaining. It's getting near the edge of the cliff though, time for some substance.

Ah it's about transgender, didn't know what all the fuss was about. Still don't know why it's a big fuss all of a sudden. Just another reality show.

I don't know what's it like to get dropped all by yourself in unfamiliar territory full with predators. Your imagination is your worst enemy, plus some people couldn't stand all the time to think I guess. One guy did have the bear on tape that was rumaging around his tent. They only have pepper spray and a flare to 'defend' themselves... Perhaps they should have had a trial run first to weed out the unprepared. At least the 4 that are left seem to be in it for the long haul.

Compararing it to Naked and afraid is flawed. There is always a camera crew around even when they end up 'alone'. Plus the one time that they had to deal with extended rain they failed miserably. In alone it has rained most of the days, everything is soaked and their clothes are growing mold. I don't call that a fun camping trip. Compare that to the island, no rain, daily crab feast, warm weather, that looked like a perfect holiday.

It's interesting, fills a void while Les Stroud aka Survivorman only seems to be interested in finding bigfoot nowadays.

unfriended (2015)

has some good drama at times and even acting but its hard to follow 6 teenagers screaming all the time.. bully from last year i think is a much better online drama easy to watch and doesnt play cliche horror tricks on you all the time.

I watched Splice. Didn't expect much which made it a pleasant surprise. 7/10
Pretty good special effects, nice build up of suspense with a screwed up finale. A lot of it doesn't make sense but it was enjoyable.

ted 2 (2015)

why are comedies these days 2 hours long ? enjoyed this one far more than i expected i laughed all the time but maybe i was just in the mood.

watched mr robot and after the promising pilot its still very good probably my new favorite. true detective season 2 i cant take seriously anymore the acting now feels forced and cartoony

hannibal season 3 still very good but theres just too many accidental life saving situations its getting ridiculous.
