What about Survivor Man?

I did not want and do not want to see that guy lugging his cameras all around. He has the energy of the Pope, and stays in one area basically. Man vs wild, Man , Women Wild and Dual Survival are much better. But survivorman was the first of these types of shows, so I commend him on that.

At least he doesn't stay in a hotel and he actually tries to survive!

Reports of Bear in Hotels was highly exaggerated. He did twice what any other person would do to survive, even though he had a rescue crew right there with him. Dirty bird water enema, Urine drinking, Throwing ropes across ravines and trusting they will hold as he goes across, eating anything and everything, making fire out of water and spit, running up and down mountains, sleeping in Kangaroos, etc.

Survivor man just barely eats during his 4-5 day trips.

Because he was so good that he didn't need to do any of that.

Or it was because he was so exhausted from lugging that camera equipment around that he was not able to. I can just see him pulling it through the sahara desert, stopping only to drink his own piss.

survivorman never drank his own piss, he built purifiers out of sand, teeshirts, and sea shells.

While Bear Grylls held a snakes neck down with a stick and whipped his face into the ground to then eat it raw, surivorman caught rabbits and actual food.

It is only more impressive that he was both completely alone, and always made two trips.

So yeah, if you want to see someone act like a wild animal, and scrounge like a rat, watch the bear eat snakes and feces. You want to see a vet make this shit look easy farming tobacco and digging up delicious truffles and wishing out caviar, wathc survivorman.

The dude in Man vs Food is more at risk of dying than Bear Grylls ever was. The amount of cholesterol consumed by that guy is monstrous.

Just to let people know, it's not called Man vs. Wild in the UK, it's called Born Survivor, just putting it out there since it annoys me so much for some reason when people refer to the show as Man vs. Wild *shrugs*

Yeah that annoys me too. It especially annoys me when ******* Americans like spurge say 'we made him famous'...

I love that guy! Probably why he does not do the competition any more. He just slowly kills Americans by making them do it. Which we do not care, because we are on average over weight anyways.

Have you noticed he says the same things almost every time he takes a bite of food? xD "Oh... Oh my goodness... this is delicious!"

Meh he was a joke anyway, totally copied Survivorman which just happened to be on Discovery too. He was a bad actor and not believable in any way.

It seemed everything he did was scripted.

Geez, I never noticed how much you dispise my opinions before! You won't even say you love me back.
