Surrounding the top screen is all black anyway so I went with black.

Aqua Blue is gorgeous. And (surprise surprise) goes perfectly with the Circle Pad Pro.
Way better than (surprise again) the Cosmos Black. Too much black put together.

Or... wait for the Cobalt Blue. That should be even better looking than the Aqua.

without color, this world would be black and white. #boring

I've got a Cosmos Black, but I have never strived to get a better-looking 3DS. If you don't want to regret the color choice, get Black.

I found the black 1 boring while red and blue looks rly shinny, seems like a the black one is one black lifeless brick to me while the other two color are eye candy. Also the white one is gorgeous but I think you can only get it in europe and japan.

Mine is black... and gold... because I got the limited zelda 25th anniversary edition. JEALOUS?!

Black one seems to be the most popular (i was gonna get red, but they were out of stock so settled for the black one)

oh, and don't forget to purchase Sonic Generations & Shinobi 3DS (to make up for your sin of not supporting Sega back in the day )

Also Revelations is an excellent choice for your first game, it's better than Resident Evil 5, almost as good at 4, but most importantly it captures the feel of the older games with the scare tactics/eerie feel.

Red is great as i have the crimson DS but please launch white with 3DS lite. 

Cosmo black. You'll never get tired of it, its classy, and fits with the circle pad pro!

And by the way, the cosmo black has this "sparkly" effect just like on cars (if you know what I mean)... The colored 3DS are more like mirrors.

You should definitely wait for the Blue Cobalt model. Amazing colour.

I prefer red flame, even I had blue one that because I bought it in the very first day.
