I've been thinking about this myself and I really don't know right now. On one hand, I consider myself to be more smarter than most people, but then I know that I'm technically no 'better' than anyone else, so there's no reason for me to feel superior. What do you think?

You can use whatever definition for superior you want. As long as you're comparing yourself to other humans.

Actually, I view most humans as stupid and having a sheep like mentality.   Setting expectations so low helps give a surprise when you actually run into someone that is smart.

Due to ignorance from a lot of people, of course I do.

To most perhaps but I do know my limitations.  There are plenty of smarter, stronger, better, etc.. people than me but I view the general public as dumb.   I would have to say that very few people intimidate me.  So to some people I feel superior but others I know that they are better than me (like Rol).

No, and why would I? I consider myself smarter than most people, too, but still that doesn't make me a better human being. Sure, many people have a sheep mentality like SethNintendo said, but most of them just don't know it better. Also, one of the most important things I've learned is that intelligence says nothing about the character of a person. They're cool people who're smart and they're cool people who aren't intelligent.
The combination of dumbness and a rotten character is disturbing, though. Sadly, I've already met a lot of these miserables lifes in my yet short life.
