I'd probably talk shit about America on the internet too if I lived in a lesser country! I hear Austria in particular breeds some serious trolls.

Tag - "No trolling on my watch!"

With some exceptions (also applies to cities/states) that country is filled with assholes.

Yeah yeah, you can pull the New York ain't Houston, but some traits apply to a big chunk of the population: dumb patriotism, hatred of the French, and the really really annoying conception that if it weren't for them the world, the world! would speak German, which I actually like more than English, pity I quit learning.

Hatred of all things that appears to be communist, crappy film taste supported by Hollywood, and the lack of general knowledge of foreign affairs, are also present, but I think those are not that widely spread.

Now, as I think that mod rules may be slightly softer in this kind of threads, ....I think this is relevant to the disscussion ;)

I am from America, and let me tell you, we are REALLY fat. Infact, now it has shifted to the point where the children aren't allowed to play dodge ball because the fatties get picked on. We eat fast food for every meal, we have huge cars, and love watching TV based upon the partially scripted lives of overtanned retards.

The guns thing is the best part of America. Ever personally fire a gun? It is the tits. Go to Texas, book a weekend at a ranch, rent a 4 wheeler (ATV, Quad, whatever you want to call it), a shot gun, and buy a case a of beer, lots of beef jerky, and some whiskey. Now get shitfaced, eat the beef jerky, get on the Quad with the whiskey and the shot gun and have fun.

Seriously though, America's biggest problem is that because the country never had an established class system, the large majority of people trend towards the lowest common denominator in many of their dealings. So when you see Americans on TV they are fat and stupid. Also, because our country is rich, the dumb, fat, slobs can live off of well fare and spend their day polluting the internet with their idiocy for the rest of the world to scoff at. Still, the best place in the world to cheer for the Olympics (science has proven that America has won ALL of the Olympics, dating back to ancient Greece.)

I'm from Croatia. Google it if you don't know where it is.
When I think of America first person that I recall is Saul Goodman from Breaking Bad series, he's instant-american. I hate stereotypes unless they are funny, but Saul as prototype of an American is God himself. When we are speaking of stereotypes I also recall flight internet site from GTA IV with stereotypes for Europeans, that was also funny. I'm student of Political Science and I know in depth American political system, and that kind of democracy has it's pros and cons. Main problem is big and direct influence of corporations on public policies and decisions makers, but main advantage of that kind of neoliberalism model of democracy is strong influence on the rest of the world with most influental course policy within Fed. And that is dual-blade policy in long term developement. Sorry about bad English I started to learn it recently. (But I speak Deutsch and Français :)

Jesus, Guns, War, Israel support, love violence but hate sex in the media.

Wait, I live in America. I'm glad to be living in a blue state now, though - where it's a little different.

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."  --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials

Conservatives:  Pushing for a small enough government to be a guest in your living room, or even better - your uterus.

I would say the stereotypes Americans have about us aren't half as bad as those we have about them.

They think we're posh and have bad teeth, and many of us seem to think they're all evangelical illiterate hicks who shoot everything they see and hate black people and gays.

lol this sums it up pretty well :p

+The usuals: Fat, not very well educated, know nothing about/hate the rest of the world

EDIT: Oops forgot to say, I've lived in the US, Canada, and in Jordan  ...lol the irony

Fat, white trash, perverted, neo liberalism, violent cops, weapon industry, free masons, Great music bands(90s), worship any sport besides soccer(the good one), Hollywood nonsense, reptilians in the white house.....and i could go on forever........but its a great country!
