Mass Effect 3 Resurgence Pack announced, free DLC for multiplayer. It will add new characters Batarian Soldier, Batarian Sentinel, Geth Infiltrator, Geth Engineer, Asari Justicar Adept, Krogan Vanguard, two new maps Firebase Condor and Firebase Hydra, new weapons, Striker Assault Rifle, Geth Plasma SMG, Kishock Harpoon Gun. It will be released on the 10th of April. Trailer here.

Thats something I've been desperate for, and hopefully Bioware don't stop there. From the looks of it, Condor is on Menae, but can't tell where Hydra is located. Still should add a bit more variety to the multiplayer mode.

Same here. At first I thought Hydra could be on Rannoch, given the Geth fighters there, but then I remembered that Rannoch didn't look like that in-game.

Oh well, they gave me the Geth Infiltrator. I don't need anything else, I now get to play as a Legion counterpart XD. Shepard-commander would be proud

Done some digging and found out its on Ontarom, the same planet as Firebase Dagger. Turns out the planet is an abandoned quarian colony, hence the Geth fighters, although humans have clearly claimed it as their own. Was hoping they'd give us some new planets rather than expand one we're already familiar with, but guess I should just be happy I'm getting the map (for free). In gameplay terms it really doesn't matter where they are located.

You're right, that geography is similar to the artwork that Ontarom had on Mass Effect 1 when it was an explorable planet via Mako .

Oh well, the map does seem interesting and it'll be a breath of fresh air for the MP which was getting a bit stale with only 6 maps. It'll get me into it again as I was a week before XD.

@Kantor - Barrier + Claymore = Unstoppable tank . Probably the Krogan Vanguard will have a massive damage boost for Shotties as well.

Krogan Vanguard, hell yes.

Though I'm not sure I see the value of giving a Vanguard Barrier (especially if he's a Krogan) and Vanguard - Nova = questionable efficiency.

They could probably add a skill tree perk in which Barrier adds a % of damage to Nova, given that it increases the Biotic Barrier value. Other than that, I agree with the questionable efficiency of this combo, though as a Krogan Vanguard, I would rarely use Nova itself.

I mean that the Krogan doesn't have Nova at all.

What am I supposed to do to take down Pyroes?

Krogan Headbutt?

Still running into bizarre glitches all over the place. The game might not be 'as buggy as hell' like people say Skyrim is, but its still has more glitches than any other game I've played. Just had a very strange one when I met up with Jacob again, after he spoke to Shepard he then turned to thin air and said it was good to see it again. Even stranger, the thin air reciprocated!

yeah, it had a lot more glitches than any other game I've played this gen including... new vegas (though this was a month after release for me). I haven't played the PS3 version of skyrim though.

There was one spot  on Tali's planet where my shepard just started hovering and couldn't change weapons, In multiplayer sometimes enemy's get stuck in the middle of the air, and you can't kill them as well as other weird things.

It wasn't really bothersome, I was kinda amused because they were weird.

Fuck, the last mission is terribly disappointing..wave after wave after wave of enemies, all too close to one another.

have you played the last mission on Hardcore or Insanity? That was maybe the hardest mission in the game

Now I've just gone to talk to Dr Michel. She is by far the rudest woman in the game. All the time she was talking to Shepard, she would not even turn around but just move her head from side-to-side like a robot. Why did I ask her to come on the Normandy?

I like her more then Chakwass. Chakwass has this stupid accent, and is arrogant. Michel pn the other sounds sexy no matter what she says

It's not area-effect though

Much as Khuutra will hate me for saying this, Charge-Nova-Nova is a brilliant combination for taking down certain enemies even on Silver. Without going down.
