The people who bought PS3's with all its *ahem* issues are definitely the people Sony should be going after with the Vita. They have proven they have money to spend and Vita is more valuable to a person with a PS3 than one without one.

Once the price drops they can focus on the other demos but for the initial roll out go for the high end users. I bought my PS3 when it was $600 of course I'm gonna snap a Vita for the same price I also bought my PSP.

Makes sense. I never had the slightest interest in the PSP but because of the integration with PS3 I am really excited about Vita.

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding but this doesn't make any sense.  You're saying that because PS3 is in last place, Sony should just give up and accept that Vita is going to be as well?

You know what he meant. Anyways,  http://kotaku.com/5876374/the-playstation-you-never-got-to-play/gallery/1   1991. But for all suits and purposes you're right the Playstation has been around 18 years.

In theory, it can be almost dated back to 1989, i.e. 23 years old.

Of Course No. But I am thinking that they should expand the Market outside the PS3 world and owners!
