well my thread from September says the patent is from 2009, and this thread has been made 2 or 3 times over the past wk. different sources i think.

Uuum what the heck? Does anybody else believe that Sony is trying to ruin Wii U's inovation and rep or is this nothing but patent abuse. Your inquiries please

The patents are not there to actually make.
They are there to prevent nintendo form making games with those types of features.
