If so many people don't like him how can he be overreated? He's not the best but his cheesy jokes (nowhere near as good as TADS) are pretty funny. Even if he can be a little too sarcastic sometimes.

Yep. He keeps people like NintendoPie at arms length, so that they are constantly trying to prove themselves and make Rol like them. Oh, and you really love that video, don't cha?
