Most likely whatever MS or Sony has to offer won't reach the same levels until a few years into their lifecycle - after the developers work out the nuts and bolts.

That's true, obvious comparison from this gen would be Call of Duty 2 vs Gears 3, massive difference, same console.

Id say the WiiU could handle it on high settings at an increased res over 720p with some features disabled. With that being said none of us really know what the hell is in the WiiU anyways :/

lol, no... Next Box and Ps4 will destroy Witcher 2 and every Pc game that came out till today.

Looks beautiful. I am impressed they could make it look that good on consoles. Too bad it's not coming to PS3.

Some of the other PC WRPGs ported exclusively to the 360 have been kind of sloppy. So I'm a bit skeptical about this one will turn out.

I look forward to seeing the final product and hope its a good alternative.

wow, that looks amazing, but then again so did Crysis 1/2 until i actually played it. (well it still looked great but not nearly as much as the videos)

That's because most try to cram out the 360 version the same time as PC. With Witcher 2 they took a whole extra year just working on the 360 version so I don't think there will be anything to worry about.
