Forums - General - What's the hottest day you've been through?

I live in the Northern part of the continental US (Wisconsin) The hottest I can remember is 120F (49C), and that is before you factor in the humidity. The coldest -32F(-35C) before wind chill. Yeah it seems Alaska is getting all the snow this year. We have had only had two days of snow, quite a few days of rain. (The bad part of it this isn't an El Nino year so it is unseasonable.)

It isn't really the peak temp that's gonna get me it's the fact it's for a full week and the lowest temp is 39.

I'm also fairly sure that our temp is taken in the shade as well. It's 38 in.the workshop now and it's almost 12 noon

Usually all temperatures are measured in the shade.

To give you a little perspective: 115 F = 46 C

Around 40 degrees when i was sightseeing Mykens and not even one place with shadow to hide in whole area.
