You're missing a lot of games....

Anyway God of War is an extremely successful franchise and I'm surprised Sony hasn't milked it more on PS3. It is a system seller so I hope they're doing something amazing with God of War IV.

and then every time someone gives a game as example you say "but this game didn't realease simulaneously on ps3 and 360"

uhmm what exactly does this change, if a games comes out for both consoles simultaneously or first for 360 and 3 months later for ps3?

i mean, at least you compare 7 games against 8 games...and then some games are exclusives for psp and a game which came out for ps3 and 360 doesn't sell double the amount because it's on two platforms. i own both consoles sure i buy a game just one time.

it's not like halo or so would sell exactly double the amount if it would be on ps3 as well. 360 sales for halo would be lower then...

and i mean, some of the games are really not big names no wonder they didn't sell a lot...

I would say so.

There are exceptions though. Bundled games don't count like Wii Sports and Kinect Adventures.

Some people confuse quality with high-end graphics. That's a stupid thing to do. Why? Because  a game like Super Mario Galaxy isn't even HD but its still a quality game. 

You should also add Dynasty Warriors and all its spin off.

What do you mean come on? The threadstarter made a claim that was clearly wrong and people called him out on it. Then he tried to reduce which hack and slashes are allowed to count in a way that doesn't make sense and again he was proven wrong. Not to mention he is including psp sales for god of war but not other psp hack and slash games. God of War has sold well but it is not even close to half of quite a niche genre. Not really impressive if you consider call of duty makes up over half the sales of a popular genre on the 360/ps3.

Dynasty Warriors will be remembered long after God of War is forgotten, talk about ignorant. You're disrespecting a what 13-14 year old series that a lot of people enjoy.

You totally missed the point of my post by the way. It was more of a mock at the topic for forgetting Dynasty Warriors. 

btw forgot it in my first post, didn't play those games but are games like afro samurai, ninetyninenights, x-men origins: wolverine, spiderman blablub, splatterhouse, naruto xyz, dragon ball whatever, samurai warriors, warriors orochi and so on hack and slay games?

i have no clue about all this naruto stuff so don't hack and slash me if these are totally other games^^

God of War wins that too.

not too, only this if you compare every hack&slash for ps3/360 with god of war for psp and ps3. but that makes no sense so both sites win nothing^^

there should be an explenation why he only chose few hack and slash games and only when they are released simultaneously for ps3 and 360.
