Forums - Nintendo - 4G enabled memory card for 3DS?

3G is too slow. I know that from personal experience--but if someone did make a 4G card and it worked with every device from laptops to the 3DS (sorry PSV--you decided to use your own bullshit format.....), I could see more people giving it a shot. Not me, unless it was able to be added to my current cell phone plan for free.....or for ten dollar more, max.

Anyway, it's a great idea, Galaki. Wouldn't be surprised if somebody actually does it some day.

Also, let me point out that I've never used a 4G device. It may very well be just as bad for gaming as my current 3G device.

I actually read that as "4gigabyte"...

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Buy a wireless 4G router instead. I have a relative with a 3G one which works relatively well, emiting it's own secure wifi network. That connection could be shared with all the devices you own at once.

Uhh. The idea is to not add any more bulk to what you already are carrying. Why would anyone want to haul around a router and maybe a huge battery?

They aren't big, only credit card sized.

And if I'd have multiple devices needing 3G/4G connections (phone, handheld, tablet, laptop), I'd prefer if they all used the same connection instead of having different contracts tied to each device.

Edit: The best way really is skiping this device altogether and sharing your phones internet connection, since you will always have that on you. (And the only problem then is your phones battery life)

I could be interested, but, considering the actual quality of mobile lines 3G/4G in my country, maybe it's not so good at the moment.
