Uhh. The idea is to not add any more bulk to what you already are carrying. Why would anyone want to haul around a router and maybe a huge battery?

They aren't big, only credit card sized.

And if I'd have multiple devices needing 3G/4G connections (phone, handheld, tablet, laptop), I'd prefer if they all used the same connection instead of having different contracts tied to each device.

Edit: The best way really is skiping this device altogether and sharing your phones internet connection, since you will always have that on you. (And the only problem then is your phones battery life)
