So this number is only for December? Nice PS3 sales, when do we get the shipments for the whole quarter? End of january? How much do you guys think Sony shipped? 7 million or more PS3s?

Lol PS2, the King still marches on...

For PS3 I guess 6.8-7.3 million shipped 31th Dec.

So does that mean that the PS3 isn't massively undertracked like half the people on this site were saying?

Also why do they say Nov-Dec if they really only mean December?

Without specific period there are no way to say it under or over tracked.

I guess that's 5 week like others said here... there are 4 days of November in the last 5 weeks of the year... so November to December.

Maybe the PS3 in itself isn't massively undertracked but the combination of PS3 undertrack and X360 overtrack could be quite large, and after adjustments we might see the current sales gap of 3.7 million between X360 and PS3 be reduced by a million.

Do you guys have YoY changes for me? Would be nice.

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

I found Dec 2009 sales: http://www.ps3center.net/news/4231/playstation-sells-38-million-units-in-december/

3.8 million.

i choose to interpret this numbers as confirming that the ps3 is massively over-tracked here and sony will be out of business within months and that they are massively stuffing the channels yet again and of course lying about these figures to infringe on my consumer rights.

Doesn't look reliable, link says 1.7m in Dec in US alone last year, it did 1.2m

But Nov + Dec did 1.7m in US .....

So with these number and with Patcher predicting a decent December for the PS3, the net result is that the PS3 is d0med again.
