for caparison the 360s npds for 09 and 10 was 1,310 and1,860 while vgc HW table for NA shows 1,580 and 2,616 for 2010 i didnt know the X-box was that dominate in NA outside US, haven tried the wii yet

So that's 3.9 million shipped, right? If that's the case, looks like we may have overtracked the PS3 this holiday season a tad seeing that we have 3.8 million sold for December... I don't think Sony has EVER released sold to consumers figures, so guess we'll see when they clarify things if any adjustments are needed.

So, November to December sounds like 1st of November to 1st of December, or is it the month of December?

What a confusing way to word it...

dont forget that retailers start to stock for the holiday season before december so shipped for the month can be exceeded by sold for the month.

even it's Nov 1~Dec 1 it wasn't very surprise(and also dosen't mean it's overtracked)

because they need to already ship the november(like BF) units at october

I didn't say anything of overtracked, just trying to understand what's going on.

But I just read ethomaz's post explaining that it's the 5 weeks following the last week of November.

Am I reading this wrong, or is everyone else? When they say FROM November TO December, I'm thinking the month of November, not December. Notice it doesn't say through December. Could be wrong, of course.

Edit:  Glad to see I'm not the only one.
