Strange seeing only Nintendo and Sony on charts.

Edit: Oh right Japanese charts.

Wow this is old. hamtaro was the shit back then i see.

In my world Nintendo still dominates, haha!
Anyway how is it all about Sony?

It's funny you choose a chart at a time where Sony were the absolute leader of the home console market.

The 64-GC era especially in Japan was the time where Nintendo was low. Nintendo is much much stronger now than at this time.

I think you could have picked just about any week from 2006, 2007, or 2008 and it would have been a better example of Nintendo's dominance in Japan. The chart you showed has tons of PS/PS2 games.

Now this is an example of nintendo dominance, though to be fair nintendo has no competition back then.

And Nintendo is still dominating the Charts, despite that 2011 has not been their best year! Amazing! Better times are coming to Nintendo, and specially to the videogame industry! ;)
