Why? It's one of the best games of all time and definitely deserves GOTY, in fact it would be a crime if it didn't get GOTY.

The only sentence where Skyrim and crime should come into play is in regards to the state of the PS3 version. I'm sorry but I don't believe a game that is unplayable deserves to win GOTY, and no I should not be expected to buy a PC version just to "Experience" it, I got the PS3 version, either they make it work eventually or there's more games I can play.

Uncharted 3 better win.

Agreed, I haven't played it and it looks like a great game, but it seems completely overrated. For such an enjoyable game it is extremely simple and lacks substance, so they definitely don't deserve the "studio of the year award", and I'm not even drawing light to how unplayable the game is.

I am sorry, but if you wan´t a multiplatform game that has one of the versions broke to be GOTY you are not a true gamer, IMO.
