I've been wanting this game for a while, I'm not going to watch the video until it is live on Spike, but I'm pretty worried about where the game is heading.

Oh well, if it's shit, then I'll just keep telling myself the game was outsourced so his team can work on MGS5.

EDIT: Sent the video to a friend of mine, somebody who I introduce to the MGS series and who said MGS:R would be crap all along. He's just been mocking me for the past 5 mins, apparently it was that bad. All will be revealed in 2 hours.

I was never much into the hack n slash genre so I guess this will probably be off my list.

Exactly, they should have kept the old gameplay style. what happened to this great gameplay ?

Animations are perfect, movement is fluid, and its a lot like MGS4.

Im really dissapointed anyway. I wanted a MGS. Raiden was not compelling in that game and unless the game gets acclaimed, I probably wont check it out. I dislike the thought of Metal Gear being turned into a hack and slash or any other franchise unless its stealth. Oh Snake how I miss you..

No way! Revengeance sound kind of stupid. I'm not sure that I like the direction where the series is going, I'll see it for myself in a few hours. Changing the topic, I'm totally "teased" by The Last of Us.
