Being afraid of bugs i always chalked up to a character quirk. I found her to be motherly but proactive, and actually a very well written girl (not overly tomboyish, but not given any sort of gender handicap either)

I tend to be sensitive to how female characters are written, probably in my endless quest for political correctness, and in retrospect, she did the job quite well

I wanna watch teh Pokemon's!

it was a great anime, until he decided to left for Hoen where the anime got even more boring and cheap, and got rid of his old pokemon, this sucks

and i'm bored of team rocket trying to steal that damn mouse for more than 10 years, and always end up flying to the sky but never die....

also, Ash sucks!! (Misty rules)

Pokemon anime needs a reboot, like the few episodes where the main guy had Typhlosion were much better

I just bought Season 1 for $10 on Amazon on Black Friday. My nostalgia was just too great. I'd really like to get caught up..

They don't do that anymore actually , on this season black and white, the guys who made the anime probably heard the fans on the team rocket , and made them all serious like, they're actually doing other "Missions" that aren't clear yet so far.

also now Meowth is actually with Ashe and the others , in the last two episodes
