Knaw tales games usually have deep characters and story the trailer was just off lol.

lol. Tales games are generally kiddish. Even with Vesperia were the main character was an anti-hero, that's about as dark as the series gets. Not saying it's a bad thing (doesn't mean it can't have good characters and story), but it is what it is.

Generally Kidish? What story and characters were kidish? The characters joke around a bit, but kidish is something I never got from those games. symphonias story about world regeneration and a pilgramige where one of the main characters is supposed to die at the end of the pilgramage does not scream kidish to me. or abyss where the main villian is trying to kill all humans and start the world over with clones. The characters are usually quite deep especially legendias characters.

Tales of Vesperia was a very mature, witty and grounded game. There wasn't much melodrama, the game never took itself too seriously, the characters always joked around, the dialogue was very down to earth and natural. Tales games have never been "kiddish", Graces F just seems to take itself a little too seriously and they have cranked up the melodrama.
