What is Skyrim?

The item choosing in skyrim look very bad and slow tbh. I hate to go through text to find what I want so it would benefit a lot from the U-pad on WiiU. Items would show up and you can select and arrange them how ever you want!

Maybe if it cost 15 quid or less.

I don't like the idea of getting ported games on the Wii U. So not really no, i can get it now if i wanted

Nope, bought it for PC and would always buy it for PC due to modders.

Also this game and all WRPG's are more and more becoming susceptible to the biggest fault of their "Open World" and that is dungeon's.

Anyone else sick of going into the same exact dungeon for the thousandth time in Skyrim yet? There are like maybe 3 dungeon designs, but beyond that it always feels like I'm going into the same damn dungeon every time, fighting the same damn bandits, those mummies in the crypt.

I mean whats so great about a huge open world, when it all looks the same? Even Arkham city though better world design (due to small size) was just fighting same enemy over and over and over. Also not sure why everyone clamored how amazing it was. Felt like I was playing a 10 year old spiderman game on my gamecube. Also not a fan of its essentially quick time fighting style. Basically just push button and watch batman fly around the screen kicking ass.

In a heartbeat! There are too many great games I still have to play and now that many of them have been remade or put in compilations, I'll eventually play most of them. If Skyrim never comes to the WiiU, I'll get it on PC (when I eventually get a better laptop), mod it and play with a USB pad (so I don't miss console controls).

Yep it's a shout, it only seems the Deathlords shouts are able to throw your weapons away and I've yet to have my bow thrown away so might be only single handed weapons.

@irs stupid, LOL! I'd love to see your Arkham City review. @Roma, is U-pad the official name for the Wii-U pad?

Only way I would buy a Wii U release is if I don't end up buying it on the 360 or PS3 by then.

It's a no-brainer for me (although I may find the temptation to buy it for the PS3 or 360 to great, I'm not too patient lol). Skyrim looks great on the PS3 and 360 so it should be jaw dropping on hardware 4 or 5 times more powerful and the touchscreen controller (I wish Nintendo would come up with a name for the bloomin thing!!!) will make inventory handling and levelling up much less of a pain in the bum. There's also a strong likelihood that they'll release it as a Game of The Year version.

I'm still annoyed that they haven't included mounted combat though. It's not as if it hasn't been done before, Mount and Blade did it years ago without any problems and to have a medieval style RPG where you have to hop off your horsie every time an enemy comes along is a bit daft imo.
