Mario and the ice white 3ds did the trick.

Western games are getting more and more popular in Japan. Nice to see Uncharted and BF3 selling those kinds of numbers. Great start for Mario also (3DS hw beasting). Type-0 has also had nice hold considering its price. 7770 yens is the most expensive handheld game (at least normal edition) that I have seen in Japan charts. Would be nice to see PSN sales also of course.

Wow at 3DS sales, seriously. Monster sales. It's gonna be no.1 WW this week.

And also wow at Uncharted 3 and Battlefield numbers. 125,000 each!! That's 250,000 for Western games in a week.

Uncharted 2 sold 54,000 first week and Uncharted 1 sold 16,000. The series is seriously growing in Japan.

The Japanese hunger for western games soo bad, I do not know why more developers carter to them. Skyrim would be huge there. Maybe Bethesda will notice a pair up with a local publisher to make it happen. I see COD MW3 doing at least 250k+ in japan first week, there were already green dots in Japan and the game is a week away
