Having 1.08M on shelfs is a bit mcuh, 600K - 700K is more like it.

Without price cut it I don't really think that it will make it. Kinect had pretty huge effect especially in USA as wee see next week (kinect launch week last year). Still of course great numbers. PS3 also doing very well indeed. I wouldn't completely rule out the possibility of Wii winning holiday season either. It truly is a holiday console and it's dirt cheap nowadays.

I remember Nintendo's graphs had both PS3 and X360 up YoY-YtD (not accounting for all EMEAA, but still).

Perhaps that's why VGC adjusted yet again. They seriously need to revise their numbers...

On another note, it's really amazing how the HD consoles have been constantly growing this gen, really unusual stuff. They started slow but they are pulling really good numbers lately.
