Uncharted 2 has sold almost 5 million copys so its safe to assume that U3 will also sell 5mil +

Uncharted: GA is the major launch title for a brand new platform, it will be on all the adverts to try and show what the Vita can do and plus its a very loved franchise.. it could also be heavily bundled

...are you serious?

The enormously critically acclaimed sequel to game of the year with an enormous advertising budget and incredible production values on what is now a highly successful console with an install base of over 50 million, releasing during the holiday season, or a launch title of questionable quality on an unproven platform launching in March?

Uncharted 3 by a huge margin.

Uncharted 3 will sell more. It will sell over 6 million copies without any problems. Uncharted GA will be lucky to sell over 2 million copies. If Uncharted GA would have been directly developed by Naughty Dog it would sell a lot more.
