I hope sony has a lot of ideas to run the phone business. These days, there are no ideas to wow consumers like before and this looks hard for the phone business.

Basucally he is saying things that Steve Ballmer would be saying in 2005 about smartphones. And Ballmer is pretty uneducated about technology (but a good salesman).
