Batman Arkham City will hit 1m first wk. UC3 will likely do 500k first wk in the. AC:revelations preorders PS3 are lower then i expected.

Halo: CEA looks like it is tracking along with Halo 3: ODST. I expect it to fall short of ODST's pre-orders in the end though.

Forza 4 pre-orders are disappointing.

Shout out to 360 American gamers, they pre-order the hell out of games, crazy numbers.

I just hope that gamers realize, that the best game (IMO) out of that great list only has 285k pre-orders, when November 1st comes.....

Considering the PS3 userbase in America its still impressive imo.

battlefield 3 for PC has only 124,000 when they hype it so much , I'm a Battlefield fan and i own a console but for Dice to focus a little to much on pc when that's not where the money is , is a mistake . ( yes Bf was born in pc , but we are in 2011 now ) . not to mention that 87% or so of pc owners will have to upgrade they're pc's to play bf3 .

Mario Kart pre-orders are hyper low, I actually wonder if it can manage 1/3 of MKWii's FW week.

Also considering its not the best game on that list. Willing to wager at least 3 of the games on that list will end up with a better metacritic score, and plenty will sell better, so whats your defenition of "best", probably something along the lines of the game you're most hyped about simply because its going to look o so pretty?

Dissapointing, halo CE numbers this week. I thought it would catch up to odst. That seems unlikely now. Batman is doing great and I hope it sells well, based on what I've seen the game looks amazing. Might just join Skyrim and Dark Souls as the few games I'm buying these holidays if it gets good reviews. Was hoping Skyrim would be higher now considering its first week will probably be what it gets in preorders, still amazing for the series.

Battlefield numbers are amazing but don't seem to be overtracked. Even with the terrible beta, the game is already the best selling game for the month of October on Amazon, ahead of gears, rage, nba, and dark souls.  Number 4 preorder in bestbuy,  number 1 preorder in gamestop, and number 9 preorder on walmart.

I don´t think that 285k is impressive, but that is just me, who thinks Uncharted right now, is the MVF (PS3). I was not expecting huge numbers, I just thought that having GOD of WAR III type numbers would be important for them. I think Uncharted biggest upside is the Americas market, Uncharted is already huge in EMEAA for the genre.

I also think that if there is a game that Pre-orders don´t mean as much is U3, because of great legs, plus the fact that there are still alot of people that think that Uncharted is a single player experience, so they would pick up after the first week.
