I have a sneaking suspicion that Sully might finally die. The focus of the story seems to be on Drake and Sully's relationship this time rather than with Elena or Chloe.

It makes sense for them to kill off the character that would draw the most emotion out of you. While also still being sensible about it and not just killing someone off because you can.

If Chloe dies, people might miss her ass but all in all no big deal.

If Elena dies, people will outrage and Naughty Dog won't do that.

But if Sully dies, you'll probably be frustrated, upset, angry, perfect set up for a bit of revenge if you ask me.

Sully and Elena are both brilliant characters. Chloe is a waste of space, so definitely her.

How about introducing a character from start in Uncharted 3, have us get to know him/her very good (a lá Chloe in Uncharted 2) and then kill him/her off towards the end.
