For those saying that since Sony published it in one region, it can't be ported a decade later, I dont see that being the case. Keep in mind Ninja Gaiden 2 was published by MS, yet you got NG Sigma 2 just a bit later on the PS3. Plus, I highly doubt a company like Square (fond of remakes down the road) would've relinquished their rights to a flagship franchise title forever just so it can be published by Sony in Europe, a market that was less meaningful to them than NA or Japan at the time. Whether it comes to 360 will depend on if there is a deal in place preventing it with Sony NOW, and whether SE sees value in releasing it on that platform.
Personally, I think SE will. That's about a million sales they can count on, maybe more. It will continue to grow a FF fanbase on 360, and unless there's massive technical hurdles, it's a great investment. There's like no risk compared to the potential benefits. Besides, it's obviously not going to be announced for 360 at Sony conference.
