People have always been that way. In fact, it was worse in the first half of the gen. Rmember the whole B_E_L_I_E_V_E campaign? I'm pretty sure some posters were confident in the PS3 beating the Wii.

It measn it'll be supported for 10 years, it won't be pushing any significant numbers in its 10th year. It has to sell another 50/60 million to beat Wii.
