Jurassic World will be re-release in theaters in IMAX 3D domestically for one week only starting in August 28. Really disappointed that it will be only for one week and not longer. Also they should re-release Furious 7 in theaters but how about releasing F7 and promoting it along with Jurassic World as double fetuses films: buy both films for a discount price, watch Furious 7 then Jurassic World.

Lol, Universal is really trying to get that no. 2 spot on all time domestic charts.

IMAX 3D  for one week isn't trying enough, they should keep it in theaters for a few more months like the other Jurassic Park films especially the first one.

The first Jurassic Park was in theaters forever the only Universal picture that was in theaters longer was E.T.  Anyway it should be in theaters a little bit past October 13 since that is when it will come out on Blu ray and most movies discount theater run ends shortly after it is released for the home market.

Jurassic World is number 3 for both domestic and highest grossing. Well deserved in my opinion.

Well deserved? I don't think so.
More deserving than Furious 7 and The Avengers? Maybe.

Well a lot of people, myself included, enjoyed it. Sure, it had it's ridiculous moments, but it was still a great film, and a worthy successor imo.

please no, that movie was straight-up terrible.  I just saw it for the first time a couple weeks ago, and it was just unrelenting stupidity with very little of the fun that went with it in the 5th and 6th installments.

Mostly because The Rock was only in like 20 minutes.

Universal showing everyone how it's done again with Straight Outta Compton. What a year for the studio ...

Everest and Steve Jobs should do pretty good at the box office also plus they got another half dozen movies that will be released in 2015 so the definitely should be able to surpass Warner Brother domestic total of 2009 of $2.1 billion which is the highest domestic total for a calander year.

JW continues to devour competition getting more than an estimated 34m in Japan in just its second weekend. MI5 is at 2nd with a total of 20m(estimate) so far and is at 235m overseas. It looks like Universal is getting its second billion dollar movie(internationally) in a row this year with JW earning 968.3m so far(1.6b+ worldwide).

Expect actuals to increase(most likely) lol.

I thought so. As a long time Jurassic Park fan, I was satisfied.

Jurassic World was fine but a little to predicable, too much plot armor on the characters

Currently most hyped for: FFXV and Zelda U
