I'm not inclined to believe it was faked, but these photos don't really show anything convincing. It's close enough that you can see the two-lined tracks of the LRV, but they don't lead to the final resting spot? I can't see any single lane path leading away from it in the hi-res picture either. I haven't a clue or care why that is, but if someone believes the landing was faked they are going to take a close look at these and say they're faked too.

Those tracks aren't as clear, but they're there. From the Challenger, go in a straight line to LRV, and you can see the tracks along that line.

I don't quite see those.  Not that it means anything.  I'm just no expert.  But people who don't agree will take this as inconclusive at best.

You do not have the right to never be offended.

That's just silly! of course it's all fake!

after 40 years the moon winds would have covered up the tracks and the equipment would have rusted to dust!

So what i think is they went up there recently to put new tracks and equipment to cover up the fact that the moon landing was faked!

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

- George Orwell, ‘1984’

How long did they say it would take us back to the Moon? Something like 15-20 Years? If it takes that much time now days, how the hell did they get there so fast last time? Especially with the superior equipment we have compared to then......total fake !

...bin laden wasnt killed that day

Now THAT stinks of bullshit.

I think they found out he was already dead, so they say they killed him and make up a cover story to make it seem like justice has been served.

I really don't get why everyone seems to think that it is a massive conspiracy. I think for once we should believe that our governments are capable of these sorts of operations

They opted to kill the world most wanted man, rather than take him alive? And then they buried him withing 24 hours AT SEA?

Come on...

Don't forget the lack of pictures....

It's surprises me that on none of the pictures there are Weapons of Mass Destruction pointed out... clearly we need to invade the moon...

They went for the way that would make him least dangerous in death. A trial would have rallied extreme Islam and a burial on land would have created a shrine to him.

O.K No picture/video footage of his death? They spent 10 years there and found him....in his house.... wrapped "him" up a body bag and dropped it in the water for no one to see ever again

Once again the same thing, the way it was done was the way that would cause the least repercussions.

This is the least convincing argument I have heard that the Yanks didn't really get Bin Laden.

They had ENORMOUS incentive TOO kill Bin Laden.  If they hadn't, they'd have had to put him on trial, and he would have spent weeks or months spouting his bullshit to the media and rallied thousands of extremists to his cause.

Islam requires that muslims be buried within 24 hours of his death, the Yanks had to do this to avoid the ire of prominent muslims who argue that even a monster should have his body treated with respect.  And finally it was at sea because America didn't want to give extremists pilgrims a burial site to rally too.

These are all the most sensible, logical parts of the whole thing.  That you point to them as evidence that America didn't get Bin Laden indicates that you don't have a very strong grasp of the situation.
