I came into this thread again thinking after so many posts there would be more info on the game, which is looking interesting to me, but alas, there's only bitching and moaning. Yay.

I don't like the new artstyle. It lost it's charm, and now it looks a bit more of a stereotypical anime Harvest Moon style to it. I don't like it, it doesn't pop out like the original did. (It's simply not cute, dammit).

Now, this is still Little King's Story. A pretty darn good game.

If it's a sequel, then I might consider going bat-shit crazy over wanting it. But from the short synopsis in the OP, it sounds like a mere re-imagining.
