Too bad it's not possible to due RAM issues.
I don't really care. All I care about are the games.

The playstation nation disagrees with you.

They want cross game chat even more than ps2 emulation.

Sony lying about ps2 emulation is one of the reasons i chose xbox.

I can always play ps3 at my bros tho, but the  fact that my huge ps2 library was unplayable on the ps3 left a bitter taste in my mouth....especially after sony hyped the ps3s capabilities for ps2 emulation to the high heavens

Once i got an xbox i realized how useful cross game chat really is. Glad to see the playstation nation agrees with me :)

What about Microsoft lying about the Red Ring of Death =P

...Double standards.

SONY didn't lie about PS2 emulation, it wasn't emulation, it was using PS2 hardware and then it was PARTIAL emulation using only the EE.

You're beating a dead horse, we discussed this a week ago, I suggest you leave.

Nobody discussed the fact that cross game chat is the MOST desired feature , even more than ps2 emulation.

ACTUALLY most ps3 fans on this site acted as is cross game chat was useless.

As you can see from the links i posted, the vgchartz community's opinions are NOT reflective of the playstation community on this issue

Well, I wanted to set the record straight for those who don't know :)

i really don't understand why so much people wanna talk to others when playing a video game... =_=

Cross games chat is desired even more than cross game chat?

...Woah.

We discussed the fact that Cross Game Chat was never coming to Playstation 3, which makes your thread nothing more than flamebait and childish taunting. They don't think it's useless, they just know it's not coming and this generation is almost over, it's in the past is what they're trying to say my friend.

And no, we all know what you came here to do.

Makes you wonder how people played games prior to the 360

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Xbox One: What are you doing Dave?

consider me part of the minority and honestly ive never been this ashamed to be a fan of the PS brand if thats what most of the fans want they have their priorities out of whack or need to go the hell outside, just my opinion

Wooh, you quoted me in the OP. I feel so happy!

For online games it's good to communicate and joke around or brag about a great kill.

In singleplayer games it's nice to have a little discussion as long as it doesn't break the immersion. Plus it's a great alternative to a telephone, it's a shame PS3 doesn't have many mics and cross game chat, most of my friends are on PSN.

i dont get it either

its been #1 on there for as long as i can remember

dont care for it would want ps2 B/C instead probably would of been a better selling point during 08-10 since ps2s library is so huge and good

also the ability to fully install any game on HDD would be another one of my choices wtf does a ps3 come with 320GB and option for 1TB if you cant install your games on it? it also can provide for a better gaming exp. loading times, textures loading instantly, no noise form DD, and not as hard on the HW
