No you are right, they were originally snes games published by Square back in the heyday though.  Breath of Fire 3 and 4 were playstation releases.  Breath of Fire 5 is a PS2 release, though some poor judgement in design went into the 5th game, makes me really hate that game.

I bought it, almost jumped out of my chair when I saw the intro with japanese voices, never played the original so I thought the full game was going to be in japanese lol thankfully it wasn't the case

Nope, already own a physical copy.

I also liked it more than BoF3, which I also own a physical copy of.

lol, now you feel are pain we endured with PE2,(live in NA) we just got it today that's roughly 2-3 months later  than the EU, and far longer compared to Japan.

OT: I got it the day it came out, enjoying it very much

Hmm, I didn't even know it was on there. Will have to get it soon. I've gotten pretty much every JRPG that's on there that I don't own a physical copy of. (Grandia, Wild Arms, Suikoden)
