There are still people buying the Wii and this is a good thing for them.
It's not like there are many new good games coming out for the Wii.

How are these games picked? Too much old Mario in there, though I guess these games need exposure to all those new Wii owners. Nevertheless I bought Punch Out for 10 euros during the holidays, and that felt like a rip-off xD

I think it's basically based on good quality Wii games that are old and also have stopped selling. I don't think Galaxy 2 and KEY qualify, but perhaps Excitetruck, Wario Land Shake it and Mario Party 8. Maybe even Smash or Fire Emblem (as you said) or Battalion Wars 2.

There is also a rumor going around the 'net that third party games will join the line-up, although so far only crappy games from Ubi are rumored...

I know Galaxy 2 and EY are too new to get Selected, but it's the only titles I would be interested on getting cheaper. I'll just be on the look out for good deals.

I'm sure you would. WarioWare did look tempting when it came out, but I'm not sure if I would want it now, if I see it even lower than 20 I might get it
